To celebrate Evelina's 50th birthday, and Maria's 2016 JUNO nomination (Classical Album of the Year – Vocal or Choral Performance), the Soulis sisters invite you to a recital of piano, vocal and chamber music by Brahms Debussy, de Falla, Mozart and more. With Katerina Utochkina (mezzo-soprano), Emily Sun (violin), and David Barker (piano). Proceeds go to Tapestry's Youth Inside Opera Program,which gives youth and children from St. Jamestown, Toronto, a full scholarship program to train and mentor with classical and hip hop professionals in the creation and performance of their own opera.

Virginia Hatfield and Maria Soulis, accomplished artists of both the operatic and concert stage, join forces with the gifted recitalist Kate Carver for this musical offering towards a most worthy cause. Rethink's mission is "to continuously pioneer cutting-edge breast cancer education, support and research that speaks fearlessly to the unique needs of young (or youngish) women." Events such as Booby Ball, Trek to Machu Picchu in Peru, luncheons and film festivals, are just some of the innovative events offered by this organization.
